The staff was unwilling to help scared patient. They were not properly trained to deal with individual patient concerns. I would NOT recommend this office!
If you usually hate going to the dentist, you won't mind coming to these guys. Jared is my dentist and he is willing to do what it takes to get your dental procedures done at your level of comfort. If you have a gag reflex, he works with it. The staff really is a warm group of women and they do offer appointment reminders via, text, email and phone calls. They are a staff of dentists, assistants, hygienists, and office staff who listen to your needs.
Needless to say, I've going to Sugarloaf Dental for over 40 years. The entire team - dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff - is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I have the most beautiful smile, thanks to excellent dental care, the teeth whitening trays, and Invisalign braces. The practice that Dr. Jim Reid build continues to grow and flourish in the hands of his son Jared. The work that the entire staff does is second to none. I was in the office just yesterday when one of the patients leaned over to me and said, "This is the only dental practice I've ever been to where the patients both come in and leave smiling...and I've been to several in my lifetime."
I have been a patient at Sugarloaf Dental for approx. 26 years. My 2 daughters started going there as soon as they were old enough to go to the dentist. I have always had positive experience, from everyone that works there. They are all friendly, easy to work with and professional. When my daughter had an emergency, they got us in right away to help. Lynne has been our hygienist from day 1, and I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job she does! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
I get very nervous at dentists offices, especially when I have to get any work done. The staff here were fantastic with helping calm my nerves, and Dr Reid made sure I was comfortable and numb before beginning drilling. Trustworthy and good dentistry!
