Gouging comes to mind when your bring a dog in on a weekend and come out with a $1300 bill for prescribed multiple exams that were not required for a sick but well followed dog at his regular Doctor.

Dr. Schmidt has been my horse vet for about 25 years now. He is so wonderful to my animals that I have also started bringing my dogs to the office. That was the first time I met Dr. Burand, who couldn't be more sweet. They both treat my animals very well and I trust them both 100%. I recommend them to people who are looking for a new veterinarian.
The vets and the vet techs are great, friendly with me and my pets, (I have three.) Polly is helpful, offering good tips and advice.
Doc Schmidt is a wonderful man - We will miss him terribly when he retires. The other folks we've seen are all totally fine too. And yes, the main receptionist isn't friendly, but I try to give her the benefit of the doubt and not take it personally. I really don't think she can help it, and I figure we all have our struggles in life and things we're not good at, myself included.
